Arrival and Departure
Your apartment is available from 16:00 on the day you arrive. Please vacate the apartment by 11.00 on the day of departure. If you are arriving outside of these hours we can arrange early check-in or late check-out, depending on availability.
Fresh Air
We kindly ask guests to respect our non-smoking policy in all rooms and public indoor areas. We reserve the right to charge an extra cleaning fee of €100 if guests smoke inside the apartments.
Children
Unfortunately, children under the age of 15 are not allowed to stay with us. This ensures that our other guests can relax and enjoy the common areas without disturbance. If you wish to bring your children along, please reach out to us by email in advance of any bookings.
Pets
Your four-legged friend is welcome at Palm Leaf Mogan as long as they do not cause any disturbance to the other guests and don´t sleep in beds and on our furniture. If there is a disturbance, your pet must leave the apartment immediately. We reserve the right to charge an extra cleaning fee of €100.
Parking
The town centre has a public parking garage, currently charging €9 per day.
Outdoor parking: White lines are free parking, and blue lines are €6 per day. Red lines are for inhabitants of Puerto de Mogan only!
(If you do park outside, make sure you move your car on every Thursday evening. Friday morning is market day, and your car will be towed if not moved.)
Payment Methods
Accepted credit cards: MasterCard and Visa. You may also pay via PayPal or by invoice.
Cancellations
Free of charge up to 45 days before arrival. For cancellations after that or no-shows, 100% of the booking value will be charged as a cancellation fee.
